I’m a playwright by way of performer and musician

I started a podcast for playwrights and those that like them.

I’ve worked several times with Theater Reconstruction Ensemble and with other companies such as Fresh Ground Pepper, NoPassport Theatre Alliance, Missing Bolts Productions, Nylon Fusion Collective, Altruistic Theatre Company, and Story People Theatre Group.

I’ve co-founded a children’s company Turtle Dance Music in which I  performed for children with disabilities and created arts-integrated education programs for public schools in Hartford, CT, as well as writing a science-based musical.

I’ve been a teaching artist through Hartford Performs and a mentor/director for students in the MCC Youth Company.

I’ve been in the background of films and TV shows, and worked on a ranch in Montana.

I’ve studied Commedia dell’Arte at the Scuola Internazionale dell’Attore Comico with Antonio Fava.

I got my BFA studying at Playwrights Horizons Theatre School, The Classical Studio, the Meisner Studio (summer-intensive), and the Experimental Theatre Wing at Tisch NYU.

I have an MFA in Playwriting from The New School for Drama.

My last name is pronounced “kv-EE-ton.”
